When you book for the first time you create a password via SMS verification. After that, simply visit the Client Portal and sign in with your email and password — your booking history, dog profile, and invoices are all there.
Click 'Client Portal' in the top navigation and sign in with your email and password. If you've forgotten your password, use the 'Forgot Password' link to reset it instantly via email.
Absolutely. Once your account is set up you can add multiple dog profiles in your portal and book walks for each of them individually or together.
